It can start from the moment your Client is still just a Prospect, and you prepare in PlanArty the first Detailed breakdown for Estimate he will receive from you. After such a highly professional approach, of course, he will work with you.

Therefore, in PlanArty, you will turn the Estimate into Planning. Moreover, you can also send this to your client. He will definitely be happy to know exactly what to expect and how you planned things. When you start working, in PlanArty you will just Start the planning items and turn them into Time-tracking lines.

And, that’s it, let the billing day come!
All you'll have to do is to Export the Detailed timesheet for billing.
