What counts as a credit?

‐ Each operation you perform in PlanArty is worth 1 credit.

‐ The automated operations performed by the application, such as autosave or auto-refresh, do NOT count as credits. They are for free.

Example: If you make a new to-do item, for example, you can specify the Client, Project, Begin date and time, description, color, and so on. Saving all these worth only 1 credit when you click the Save button

  • 3 credit/day * 22 weekdays/month = 66 credits

  • 1 invoice made = 1 credit

Bounty hunter

Drew has a tight schedule, so she prefers to block her time rigorously using a well-designed to-do list. She must divide her time between learning, cooking, exercising, her job, and the so-needed sleeping hours. So, her calendar will contain 8 to-do items each day, Saturday included.

Transposed into PlanArty credits these operations mean:
  • 8 credit/day * 25 days/month = 200 credits
  • Grand TOTAL: 200 credits used
  • Free credits received: 100 credits
Monthly costs = $1 if she buys the CR500 package for example.

Fighter pilot

Taylor works as a freelance designer. Working for many clients, she must plan her time precisely, to meet her deadlines. Taylor works 10 h/day, having an average of 5 different jobs completed each day. Because she also has to bill her clients, she also tracks her time based on the schedule made. Since it is important for her to be 100% transparent with her clients, she also modifies each track 2 times by adding new completed things to the description

Transposed into PlanArty credits these operations mean:
  • 5 credits/day for the to-do items * 22 days = 110 credits
  • 5 credits/day for the time tracks * 22 days = 110 credits
  • 10 credits/day for modifying each track 2 times * 22 days = 220 credits
  • 10 invoices = 10 credits
  • GRAND total: 450 credits
  • Free credits received: 100 credits
Monthly cost = $2.45 if she buys the CR1000 package

Jedi Master

Austin is an executive manager at a big company. His schedule is split between executive tasks, meetings, and production issues.
He is planning his entire week on each Sunday night, by writing in one to-do item all he wants to accomplish the next week. Then, each evening, he creates individual to-do items for all the items he wants to do the next day. And he’s planning his time in no more than 30 minutes intervals! Also, he turns every To-do list item into a Time tracking line each time he starts working on it, to make sure he can hold himself accountable at the end of the day.

Austin also saves on average 5 someday tasks, he must perform someday, just to not be forgotten Due to the many tasks he has to perform, he also rescheduled half of his tasks

All these massive operations translate in
  • Weekly to-do items: 4 credits
  • Daily 30 minutes schedule: 16 credits * 22 days = 352 credits
  • Daily time tracks: 32 credits * 22 days = 352 credits
  • Someday tasks: 5*22 = 110 credits
  • Rescheduling: 8 credits * 22 days = 176 credits
  • Grand total: 994
  • Free credits received: 100 credits
Monthly costs: $4 if he buys a CR2000 package
