A helpful feature that allows us to manage all our overdue and forgotten tasks in a single list. This way we can be sure that we never forget to do any of our jobs.

Daily scheduled task -> Weekly to-do item

If you have a scheduled job for which you have no time on the given day, you can quickly reintegrate it into an existing/new weekly to-do list. This action will also preserve Client, Project, and Activity data.

Weekly to-do item -> Daily scheduled task

You can easily create a new daily job from your weekly list by simply selecting the portion of the text you wish to transform into a stand-alone daily schedule.

On the calendar page you can specify if you wish to display

  • Time track data
  • To-do list item

Stage identification by colors

A colored vertical line indicates:

  • Red = planning expired, not done
  • Yellow = expires at the current date, not done
  • Blue = expires in the future, not done

New customization possibilities

Rich text editor

Available for all the “Description”. Text can be formatted by applying: bold, italic, underline, multilevel bullet list, multilevel numbered list, paragraph align, highlight, and text color. Also, can be added links.

New identifying Icon (hourglass)

Available on Calendar, This week items, Planning->To-do list New identifying Icon (hourglass) for the To-do list items that are currently being worked on.

New identifying Icon (stopwatch)

Available on Calendar-> Detailed view, to differentiate the Time trackings from To-do list items

Display of To-do list schedule

Displays the planning for the current day, with navigation possibilities to the previous and next days. Also, include access to records processing options and the Detailed view of the Calendar

Colors for customizing records

Available in track editors and visible in Calendar

Checkbox for Additional data

On Editors, you may choose if you want to see, or not, the additional data like Client, Hourly rate, and color

Decimal places for amounts

Set on Account settings how many Decimal places for amounts you need

Currency before or after the amount

Choose in Account settings where you want to see the Currency, before or after the amount

Someday tasks

Delete option

You can permanently delete Someday tasks recordings. The option is accessible from both the list and the option button on the Dashboard -> Latest Someday tasks section

Check box "Done" / "Not done"

An active Someday task can be set as "Done". Option available in the list and on the dashboard.

An inactive Someday task can be "set as not done". Option available in the list.

To do list

Delete option

You can permanently delete To-do recordings. The option is accessible from both the list and the option button on the Dashboard - Latest Someday tasks section

Different planning on weekend days and weekdays

The hours planned for weekend days may be different from the hours planned for weekdays. The option works on Planning → Planned day
